• License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Line by Line or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

3. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to submit haiku suggestions and feedback. By submitting content, you agree to:

• Grant Line by Line a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the App.

• Ensure that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
